Reseller only offers a very flexible Return & Exchange policy. If your customer is not satisfied with the order, you can easily Return/Exchange the product using our website itself. However, there are a few basic rules to be eligible.
● Product has to be in original & unused state.
● Products need to be checked in front of rider, otherwise no claim will be entertained later if the rider leaves.
● We accept the request if there is a mismatch in product quality, wrong product, size, color, or design or in case an item is missing/ wrong in a combo order.
